Story Tools • • Date of Issue: August 30, 2007 Man beaten, suspects sought A Holmes Beach man was beaten with a baseball bat Aug. 3, and police are seeking the suspects. According to a press release from the Holmes Beach Police Department, a man was “beaten by an unknown number of suspects with a baseball bat” in the late-evening hours while he was at the beach-end of White Avenue. He was found later at Archer Way and Gulf Drive with no memory of what happened to him, according to police. Police requested that anyone with information call Detective Sgt.
