Former Anna Maria MSCO deputy suspended
The Manatee County Sheriff's Office announced last week it had suspended deputy Kevin Anderson for six weeks for using poor judgment when he sent sexually explicit photographs of himself to a woman he met on the Internet.
Anderson worked at the MCSO Anna Maria substation for four months on the midnight shift before he was transferred May 16 to the MCSO's East Manatee substation. The incident took place before Anderson was assigned to the Anna Maria substation, the MCSO said, and his transfer was prior to his suspension. |
