Chiles fireworks a two-day spectacular
"Great fun, great food, great beach - and great fireworks" are promised by the Chiles Group at its two Anna Maria Island restaurants this Independence Day holiday.
In fact, it’s such an action-filled schedule that Ed Chiles has spread it over two evenings – July 3 at the BeachHouse, July 4 at the Sandbar. Both will start in the early darkness right after sunset.
They are the only fireworks shows on the Island this holiday, and the public is invited to both, said Chiles. Anyone can bring a blanket for viewing from the beach.
The first extravaganza, Monday at the BeachHouse, 200 Gulf Drive N., Bradenton Beach, will feature a "big top" tent for dining and fireworks, as well as seating in the dining room and on the deck. Tables at $550 will seat eight and offer a special program - buffet dinner, unlimited draft beer and wine, reserved parking, and live entertainment by RPM.
The second spectacular, Tuesday evening at the Sandbar Restaurant, 100 Spring Ave., Anna Maria, will provide another special menu and more entertainment by RPM.
The fireworks extravaganzas are dedicated "to the loving memory of Jim Taylor for all the years of joy and wonderment his fireworks shows brought to everyone," said Chiles.
