Sally Grace Adkins
Sally Grace Adkins, 43, of Bradenton, died June 1, 2007.
A celebration of her life will be held at 7 p.m. Saturday, June 21, on the beach at Oak Street in Anna Maria and all are welcome.
She is survived by husband Charles “Chuck”; son Christopher; sisters Colleen Burdick, Patricia Schweitzer, Amy Johnson, Kelly Padilla and Rebecca Deiss; brothers Frank, Daniel, Michael and Russel; parents Lenore and Frank Cappello of Bradenton; and paternal grandmother Mary Cappello of Rockville, Md.
Mark M. Clerkin
Mark M. Clerkin, 47, of Holmes Beach, died June 9 at his residence.
Mr. Clerkin was born in Akron, Ohio, and moved here from there in 1977.
He was a member of Peace Lutheran Church and was a first-degree black belt with Bostock Tai Kwon Do. He was employed at American Car Wash, Holmes Beach, and previously owned and operated Island Massage Store and Day Spa of Holmes Beach.
Visitation and a celebration of life were June 13 at Peace Lutheran Church, Bradenton. Donations to the Clerkin family are being accepted and should be noted for the established Clerkin Family Trust at any Wachovia Bank. Brown & Sons Funeral Homes & Crematory, 43rd Street Chapel, was in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Clerkin is survived by wife Karen (Swan), who is employed by the Holmes Beach Police Department; son Patrick Christopher Clerkin of Holmes Beach; mother Barbara (Hall) Clerkin of Bradenton; father James W. Clerkin of Mesa, Ariz.; brother John W. of Sarasota, Fla.; and sister Teri Carrano of Duarte, Calif.
Dennis Hendrickson Sr.
Dennis Hendrickson Sr., 62, of Anna Maria, died June 10.
Mr. Hendrickson was born in Lakewood, N.J. He served in the U.S. Army and obtained a bachelor’s of science degree in business from Rutgers University. He was assistant treasurer for N.J. Bell Telephone Co., then National Exchange Carrier Association, before retiring to Anna Maria in 1998. He was an avid tennis player and enjoyed golf.
A memorial service was held June 14 at Roser Memorial Community Church, Anna Maria. He is survived by wife Diane of Anna Maria; son Dennis Jr. and wife Bethany of Sarasota; and brother Morgan of New Jersey. |
