Top finishers received trophies and many others received ribbons. Josh Sanchez, 18, of Bradenton, crosses the finish line in the Dolphin Dash 5K race in 16 minutes and 49 seconds — his first 5K in under 17 minutes. Bradenton runners Michael Lamb, 18, and Jonathan Hufty, 21, followed Sanchez in second and third place respectively. Dozens of runners ready for take off in the 1-mile fun run that followed the main 5K race at Anna Maria Elementary School Jan. 19. Bradenton resident Jonathan Hufty finished first in the fun run, as well as third in the 5K-race.
